Brenner Adams, a serial entrepreneur like so many of you, is the co-founder and CEO of The LINK group; a FinTech startup in Silicon Slopes, Utah’s technology hub. As well as a Venture Partner at Mountain Pacific Venture Fund, the Strategic Liaison for the government agency Team Cote d’azur,! He’s also an Advisor to Church and State, a non profit business incubation platform. And if that’s not all, Brenner is a professor of entrepreneurship at the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business. Quite the extensive resume right? Mr. Adams is a co-founder and CEO of The LINK Group, a FinTech startup in Silicon Slopes, Utah’s technology hub. A serial entrepreneur, he is well-versed in both the practice and principles of successful entrepreneurship. Mr. Adams serves as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Utah’s Eccles School of Business, where he has mentored nearly 200 student-based startups. Currently, he is spearheading the development of a joint Entrepreneurial Certificate program between the University of Utah and Université Côte d’Azur in Southern France. He has mentored and judged pitch contests in 4 countries, and from founders from 10 countries.
Mr. Adams is a Venture Partner with Mountain Pacific Venture Fund, a joint Utah-Asia venture capital fund focused on investing in early-stage, high-impact life sciences and medical technology companies that have the potential to transform healthcare. He has served in senior leadership and advisory roles for multiple medical software solutions providers, and brings expertise in evaluating, validating and commercializing technology across a broad spectrum of industry verticals, including energy, finance and healthcare.
A global citizen, Mr. Adams excels at building bridges and creating global initiatives that support and accelerate the success of startups around the world. He serves as Strategic Liaison for Team Côte d’Azur, a government agency focused on bringing foreign direct investment to Southern France. Mr. Adams is also an advisor to Church & State, a non-profit business incubation platform and entrepreneur ecosystem in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, he has brokered collaborations with international incubators such as CEEI in Europe and Rehoboth in Korea to help create a global incubation network.
Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from the University of Utah, and earned his M.B.A. with an emphasis in International Markets from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
