Make Yourself...Understand The Food Market
Today we have the pleasure of welcoming Jenny Eu, Founder and CEO of Three Trees - maker of premium almond and nut milks. Three Trees was born from long walks through the forest Jenny used to take with her grandmother in Taiwan. There Jenny learned to appreciate the flavor of whole natural foods and use that as her main inspiration to starting her company. Jenny shares the steps needed to take to enter the food market and really immersing yourself in your entrepreneurial world. Her cold calling and door knocking put Three Trees on the map and making it one of the fastest growing natural products.
Jenny Eu is the founder of Three Trees, whose mission is to create a healthier world by making delicious, nourishing, clean plant-based foods. Launched from the San Francisco Bay Area, Three Trees’ organic almond milks have grown in markets across the United States.
The inspiration for Three Trees came from Jenny’s grandmother, who showed her the nutritional value of edible plants that grew nearby. Three Trees is founded on grandma’s food philosophy, and only ingredients that you would find in your kitchen pantry are used. The company takes pride in the 100% clean ingredient list of each of its products.
Jenny started her career in food at Wallaby Organic and Nestle. Prior to food, she worked in Asia and the U.S. as a management consultant. Jenny has an MBA and Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
